Montero Aramburu has advised business group Emergya on the acquisition, by group Ayesa, of its subsidiaries Emergya Digital Solutions and Proxya Servicios Tecnológicos.
Emergya is a leading company in Google Cloud solutions, established in Seville in 2003 and with more than 680 employees. In addition to developing cloud-based digital products, Emergya specializes in large-scale technological implementations and in providing remote infrastructure technology services for companies.
The sale transaction includes Proxya, a company focused on IT service outsourcing, custom software development, and on the provision of technological support services for both public administrations and large corporate organizations.
Montero Aramburu has assembled a multidisciplinary team for this transaction, including Maite Cerezo, M&A partner, Juan Manuel Martínez, and Andrea Jiménez. In the tax area, the leading partner has been Rafael Casado, along with Jorge Sánchez and Oliva Linares.
