Previous professional experience at Big Fours (Landwell (PWC) and Ernst & Young Abogados) in Madrid. She was a Senior Associate of the Labor Department at Roca Junyent Abogados in Madrid, from 2005 until joining Montero Aramburu in May 2018.
Specialist in Labor Law and Social Security. She has extensive experience in advising local and international commercial entities in labor and Social Security matters, including restructuring processes for multinational companies, negotiation with workers’ representatives, assistance and defense of clients’ interests before the Courts of the Social, the National Court, the Superior Courts of Justice, the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court.
She also provides intermediation services before the Labor Inspectorate, advice on contractual matters, compensation and benefits, stock option plans, employee manuals, due diligence and post-merger integration processes, among other matters. Speaker at various courses and seminars on matters related to Labor and Social Security Law.
She has published various specialized articles in relation to Labor Law and Social Security in different media, such as Expansión, as well as in specialized Human Resources magazines.
