Degree in Law from the University of Seville (1986 – 1991), specialising in Business Law.
Postgraduate courses. Finance and Tax Law Department of the Law School of the University of Seville (1993-1995).
Masters in Tax Consultancy from the Instituto de Estudios Cajasol (1992-1993).
Diploma in Senior Management (SM-1) from the Instituto Internacional de San Telmo.
CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
He joined MONTERO ARAMBURU ABOGADOS in 1993.
He is a member of the Tax Committee of the Spanish Confederation of Business Organisations (CEOE).
He is a member of the Spanish Association of Tax Advisors (AEDAF) and the Spanish Association of Finance Law (AEDF).
He is an expert in business restructuring, tax consultancy for high-net-worth clients and family businesses and the design and implementation of family business arrangements.
TEACHING EXPERIENCE
He is a regular speaker on matters relating to family businesses, personal income tax and inheritance and gift tax.
He is a member of the Seville Bar Association (membership no. 8466).
