Degree in Law from the University of Seville (1994-1999), specialising in Public Law.
Masters in Land Management and Development Policy from the Carlos III University of Madrid (2000-2001).
PREVIOUS PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
He was a lawyer at the law firm Cuatrecasas Abogados from 2001 to 2002.
CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
He joined Montero Aramburu Abogados in 2002.
He has experience in advising both public authorities and individuals in the drafting of all types of land planning instruments.
He assists both property owners and land development companies in the implementation of various land development schemes, due diligences, town planning regulations, obtaining licences, authorisations and permissions, compulsory purchase proceedings and feasibility studies for land development and real estate transactions.
