Masters in Tax Consultancy from the Instituto de Estudios Cajasol (1999-2000).
CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
He joined MONTERO ARAMBURU ABOGADOS in 2000.
He is a partner of the Tax Law Practice of MONTERO ARAMBURU ABOGADOS.
He has extensive experience in providing tax and legal advice to business groups in various industries, such as the hotel & catering, real estate, construction, distribution and automotive industries, etc., as well as in business restructuring and tax advice to high-net-worth clients.
He specialises in mergers and acquisitions.
He is a member of the Tax Committee of the Employers’ Confederation of Andalusia (CEA) and regularly collaborates with the Spanish Confederation of Business Organisations (CEOE).
TEACHING EXPERIENCE
He is a regular speaker at seminars and conferences on corporate restructuring and tax planning for companies and high-net-worth clients.
He is a professor on the Masters in Tax Consultancy of the Instituto de Estudios Cajasol.
He is a professor in Tax Law on the MBA and EXECUTIVE MBA of the Escuela de Organización Industrial (EOI), at its Seville centre.
He is a member of the Seville Bar Association (membership no. 10327).
