He has experience in corporate matters, dealings with the commercial registries, company liability, powers of attorney, bills of exchange, civil-law and commercial contracts, distribution, banking, insurance, transport and maritime law.
Litigation before the courts in matters of civil and commercial law, acting as legal counsel in procedural matters for various financial institutions within the firm’s jurisdiction.
