CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
He joined MONTERO ARAMBURU ABOGADOS in 1996.
Company Law: he has acted as secretary to the boards of directors of both listed and unlisted companies; securities market; insolvency law, planning and execution of business restructuring transactions, due diligence, company acquisitions and joint ventures; banking Law, refinancing and financial instruments and derivatives; shareholder dispute resolution; corporate liability actions and challenging corporate resolutions; commercial contracts; and general advice to family businesses.
TEACHING EXPERIENCE
He teaches on business restructuring on the Masters in Tax Consultancy of the Instituto de Estudios Cajasol.
He teaches on the securities market on the Masters in Legal Consultancy of the Instituto de Estudios Cajasol.
He is a member of the Board of Examiners of the Masters in Legal Consultancy of the Instituto de Estudios Cajasol.
